It’s hard to know who to call for renovations to your home when you first move to a community.  Thankfully, my husband took a chance and called Myron Lewis Construction for a bid.  We had just moved to Silverlake area and wanted to add a patio cover to our home, repaint the interior and construct a fence and gate between the detached garage and house to contain our miniature Chihuahua dogs.  Mr. Lewis came out on a holiday to meet with us and give us a bid.

He subbed the fence work to a wonderful talented man who build a wrought iron fence that is truly “puppy proof”.  The attention to detail in design and appearance is fabulous.  The painters he contracts are the most personable, professional man.  They moved all the furniture required, cleaned up every day, were always courteous and did a magnificent job.  The men who built my patio cover were some of the most efficient workers ever.  A two-day job was done in one day due to their diligence and hard work.  We’ll defiantly enjoy this addition.

Throughout the work, Mr. Lewis was present to oversee each project and remind us that he was only a phone call away for questions and concerns.  His ability to get the right people to do the right job is amazing.

We’ll enjoy our new home more now.  And, if something comes along requiring construction, renovation, or repair, you can believe we’ll call Mr. Lewis again.

Mr. Lewis,

We love our new siding, windows and backyard deck/sidewalk. We requested bids on a Hardi siding, windows and deck/sidewalk rebuild project from several of your competitors. It’s unbelievable how unprofessional some of these contractors are. One of the contractors scheduled an appointment and never showed up, the other showed up to discuss our project, said he’d send an estimate out in a week and that was the last we heard of him(???). 

After finally receiving bids from two competing companies we selected your company for our project. In the end it came down to professionalism of presentation and fair pricing.   Sales Manager, Kevin was the consummate professional.  He took time to understand what we wanted and he also explained in detail how they would perform the work.   He wrote us an estimate that we thought was very fair given the amount of work. 

As for quality of workmanship, Shannon and Sammy are the best in the business.  These guys do impeccable work!  We’re always kind of skittish dealing with contractors because some of them talk a great game but don’t always deliver.  These two guys are awesome. They took the time to make sure they understood what we wanted and took the time to make sure that the job was done right the first time.   We would not hesitate to call on Lewis Construction for future projects.

To Whom It May Concern:

            Lewis Construction Co. has just completed a 12’x35’ sun room with full bath.  I had a vision.  Mr. Lewis saw that vision with me and created it for me.

            Mr. Lewis was available on a daily basis on site and only a phone call away.  At each decision that arose, his consideration was always what would work the best, do the job for endurance, and what aesthetically looked the best.  It was never what was the cheapest.  His ultimate goal was always to make me, the customer, happy.

            The finished product is beyond beautiful.  I would recommend Mr. Lewis to anyone who is looking for an honest, detailed oriented, quality goaled construction company.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

I used Lewis Construction in Sept of 2004 to rebuild a room addition that was not completed properly by someone else and was very satisfied with the work and was willing to use Lewis Construction again and did.

Lewis Construction has just completed work for me (a room addition, a bathroom remodel plus a bedroom extension). I received a detailed outline of the work to be done and time frame to be completed.

The guys came each day and did so every morning until the work was completed. They were very polite and courteous. They cleaned up every day before they left, took away all the debris from job. I was very pleased with the finished job and even came out better then I anticipated.

I am glad to recommend Mr. Lewis and his company to any one for an excellent result. This company handles every job with pride and the best of workmanship.

The Lewis Construction Company has just completed work for us which was very satisfactory. We asked for a bid on this work and Mr. Lewis gave us a detailed outline of the work to be done to accomplish the result we wanted. He gave a cost that seemed fair to us and we accepted his proposal and its cost.
